As you realise, doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, is essential to help in stopping the pandemic.

It sounds easy but it is not – as we all know by now.

Most importantly, please continue to observe the strict guidelines on social distancing and, if you have any viral symptoms, please ensure that you do not go out. Avoid contact with others to inhibit the spread of Covid-19 and keep up-to-date with government advice and guidelines.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): what you need to do

• If you do have to go out, keep well away from everyone else. Do not bring the virus home with you. Since we are all in danger, we must all be over-careful. The first requirement is STAY ALIVE. This is as serious as it gets.
• Do not die of carelessness. It does not look good on a Death Certificate.
• Stay at home. Keep staying at home. Stay safe. Protect yourself. Safeguard others. By staying in we can help to stop the virus spreading. To stay in, is to stay safe.
• This is the work of heroes.
